Joy Valentine has been a notary public for over ten years and has completed thousands of signings during that period. She is a signing agent
certified by both the National Notary Association and 123Notary.
In addition, she is a licensed real estate broker and maintains her own brokerage firm, Nepenthe Properties, Inc. She has served the United States District Courts as a Federal Probation Officer and the state of California, as both a probation officer and a Mediator in the Family Courts. She holds a BA degree in Sociology from San Jose State University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Hawaii. She also holds a California Marriage and Family Therapist's license.
